PAM IS THE LEAD TECHNICIAN AND OWNER OF ABSOLUTE SOLUTIONS UNLIMITED.
Pam Knight of Absolute Solutions Unlimited has a real passion for working with technology. She started her career in 1990, supporting a small network for a Girl Scout council. After that, she began teaching adults how to work in the IT world. Pam explains, “As I learned more about PCs, I wanted to help others understand them too". "From day one, my goal was to be the best I could so I could share that knowledge". She then got involved with hardware, software, setting up systems, and teaching. "It all grew from there.” Each job and every person she helped with computers, security, or software taught her more about technology. She is mostly self-taught and has been involved with Microsoft Windows® from the start, even working on the Windows® 95 help desk. As new versions of Windows were released, Pam saw they did everything she wanted to do. As computers grew more powerful and storage increased, she worked with both individuals and businesses to get the most out of their systems.
Pam has been certified since 1998 with continuing education for the following vendor certifications:
