​After your purchase we can assist you with the computer setup (this can include print device at the time of setup), verify latest Windows updates and computer drivers have been installed, browser setup, install all software of your choice (if you have purchased Microsoft Office 365 Suite we will install and setup your email - a current email address is required to setup Outlook) but there is no additional cost to set this up for you, and finalize your setup by customizing Windows 11 to your satisfaction.  Prices will vary depending on your needs.

​Most software can be resolved remotely.  Zoho Assist is our all-in-one secure solution to gain access to computers and networks remotely.

For Meet and Greet we use Google Meet.  If you are not familiar with Google Meet, Meet is available to anyone for free on the web.   About Google Meet  (click on the link to your left to learn more).  Once a time has been scheduled, a link to join the meeting will be emailed to you so you can immediately gain access to our meeting at the scheduled time using your computer or mobile apps for iOS or Android.
